Representing yourself in court? The Calhoun County Clerk of Court (CCCC) has a solution available to you – the DIY Florida E-Filing Portal.
DIY Florida E-Filing Portal
The Clerk’s office has partnered with the Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) and the Florida E-Filing Authority to provide a free-to-use interactive program used to complete official court forms. Built within the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, DIY Florida uses interview style questions to lead you through the steps and prepare your forms. Once prepared, you can use the E-Fling Portal to electronically file your completed forms with the Clerk’s office. Please note that while the use of the portal is free to complete the forms, a required filing fee, service charge or convenience fee may apply to file the forms with the court.
